Yusi Ybarreche
Bilingual in English and Spanish as well as a Florida Notary Public,
Yusi graduated with a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University in Miami, FL. This specialty of psychology focuses on deriving principles of individual, group, and organizational behavior and applying this knowledge to the solution of problems at work. Coupled with over10 years of HR Leadership experience, specifically in small and mid size manufacturing industries across the US, this makes Yusi a subject matter expert of organizational development, attitudes, ethical considerations and human performance. In addition, she also has a specialize knowledge of statutory, administrative, and executive orders as related to activities in the workplace.
Her primary focus areas are organizational development, job placement, recruiting, HR and payroll administration.
She also has extensive HR Tech experience in implementing and developing various HR Information Systems (HRIS) platforms.
Erin Sheets
Erin received her Master of Arts in Business Administration from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA and currently serves as an Administrative Officer in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to assist in the supervision and implementation of teams in the event of a disaster or emergency.
Erin is a powerhouse when it comes to Employee relations and engagement, with over 10 years of experience as a Key contributor on executive teams. Her expertise at effectively aligning employees needs to balance with the mission of the organization is unmatched.
Her primary areas of focus are Employee Relations, Dispute & Grievance Resolution, Employment Law compliance, and Contract Negotiations.
